tube/image of choice

filter Eye Candy 5 Textures/Swirl
font of choice

open a blank transparent canvas size 600 by 250

open the tube you are going to use
using your dropper tool set one color to foreground and the other to background color

on the canvas flood fill with one color
selections/select all/float/defloat/modify/contract/2 pixels
flood fill with second color
selections/modify/contract/8 pixels
flood fill with the first color you used
selections/modify/contract/2 pixels
flood fill with the second color
DO NOT DESELECT

apply filter Eye Candy 5 Textures/Swirl
add swirl to original image selected
swirl pattern random
feature size 14.53
smear length 70.30
twist 90
streak detail 33

selections/select none

select rectangle shape
set line width at 2
foreground color a dark color from your tube
background null

draw out a rather thin horizontally aligned rectangle
place toward top of canvas
just a bit below the boarder we made
convert to raster layer
place toward left

duplicate
place duplicate right below the first one

image/mirror
duplicate
place right below the second one

image/mirror
now you have 3 rectangles
merge the three rectangles together

duplicate
image/flip

copy and paste your tube
place to preference

duplicate
resize by 150%
image/mirror

hide the resized tube
select your magic wand tool
click inside each rectangle shape
selections/modify/expand/1 pixels
selections/invert
unhide your resized tube
select resized tube
press delete on keyboard
selections/select none

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
