Items Needed
Paint Shop Pro/version PSPX was used to create this tutorial
tube/image of choice (as well as a closeup)
Artist I Used: Elias Chatzoudis     

you MUST purchase a license at CDO HERE to use his work

filter Xero/Radiance
filter Xero/Porcelain
filter Mura Meister/Copies
filter Funhouse/Moire Mirror
filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame
 font of choice/font used in this tutorial: "Bandung Hardcore"

open a blank transparent canvas size 550 by 250

copy and paste tube of choice to canvas
place to left side of canvas

duplicate tube
select bottom tube layer
apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: wall paper rotate default settings

adjust/blur/blur
repeat
adjust/blur/gaussian blur 15

adjust/hue and saturation/colorize: 0, 0
apply filter Funhouse/Moire Mirror: number set at 14
adjust/sharpness/sharpen

minimize this canvas for now

open your close up tube
copy then paste as a new image
close out the original
crop your canvas so its an image, with no transparent background
(no higher than 225 and longer than 150)
apply filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame: width 14, matte 1, opacity 75

apply filter Xero/Porcelain: changing blue to 0
apply filter Xero/Radiance: default settings
recolor 0, 0

bring back up the tag you started with in the beginning
copy and paste the close up to the set
duplicate two times
free rotate one 7 degrees to right and the other two to the left
place to preference

merge together the three images once arranged
change blend mode to multiply (or to your preference)
merge visible
apply filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame: width 18, matte 1, opacity 50

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
