Damn Fine

Items Needed
 Paint Shop Pro/Version PSPX was used to create this tutorial
tube/image of choice
Artist Used: Keith Garvey
you MUST purchase the proper license at CDO HERE to use his work
star brush/star shape of choice
filter Eye Candy Impact/Gradient Glow
font & mask of choice

open a blank, transparent canvas, size 500 by 500 

flood fill background black 
apply mask of choice
merge group

select preset shape tool
set at rounded rectangle
line width 10
set foreground color back
background color null
 draw a vertical, medium width rectangle
objects/align/center of canvas
convert to raster layer

select your magic wand tool
click in center of rectangle shape
selections/modify/expand/3 pixels

add new raster layer
flood fill white
move below rectangle shape

copy and paste tube of choice to canvas

select your preset shape tool
foreground null
background color black
draw out a small square
convert to raster layer 

place in right upper corner of main rectangle shape
move between white layer and mask

duplicate
image/mirror

merge the two squares together

duplicate
image/flip

merge the 4 squares together

duplicate your tube
resize by 135%

select your right upper shape
selections/select all/float/defloat/modify/contract/5 pixels

choose the part of the tube you want in the frame and place it inside the selection

selections/invert
select tube
press delete on keyboard
selections/select none
do the same for the other three frames

add a new raster layer
apply a brush star (or preset shape if you don't have a brush)
duplicate so it makes a off balance star line on both sides
apply filter Eye Candy Impact/Gradient Glow: default settings

apply proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
