filter Xero/Porcelain
filter Xero/Radiance
filter Distort/Twirl
filter DSB Flux/Bright Noise
font of choice/font used in this tutorial: "Jungle Juice"

open a blank transparent canvas size 550 by 250
copy and paste tube of choice to canvas
apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: wall paper darken default settings
duplicate background layer once
select bottom background layer
apply filter Distort/Twirl: 999
click ok
select top background layer
apply filter Xero/Radiance: default settings
merge visible
effects/art media effects/brush strokes
softness 1
bristles 256
width 6
opacity 0
length 15
density 26
angle 311
color black
merge visible
apply filter DSB Flux/Bright Noise: mix, 15
select your preset shape tool, set at rectangle
line width 0
foreground null
background color white
draw out a rather thin width rectangle vertically
make sure the rectangle overlaps the top and bottom of the canvas
place to left side of canvas
convert to raster layer
apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: Line default, changing number to 3
place your 3 white rectangle shapes in the middle of the canvas
selections/select all/float/defloat
select background layer
right click on layer palette and select promote selection to layer
selections/select none
delete the white rectangle layers
apply filter Xero/Radiance: default settings
apply filter Xero/Porcelain: change blue to 0
to both background and the rectangle shapes
copy and paste tube of choice to canvas
place to preference
apply filter Xero/Porcelain: to tube with same settings as background
duplicate your background layer
recolor the bottom layer 0, 0
on the top background layer change opacity to 50
merge visible
selections/select all/float/defloat/modify/contract/2 pixels
selections/invert
press delete on keyboard
flood fill black
selections/select none
apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
