Items Needed

Paint Shop Pro/version PSPX was used to create this tutorial

tube/image of choice

Artist I Used: Barbara Jensen

you MUST purchase a license at her site HERE to use her work

filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame

filter Mura Meister/Copies
font & mask of choice

open a blank transparent canvas size 500 by 500

flood fill with color of choice

apply mask of choice

merge group

select your preset shape tool

rectangle shape

line with at 10

background null

foreground color set at white

draw a medium sized rectangle

objects/align/center of canvas

convert to raster layer

copy and paste tube of choice to canvas

apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: wall paper rotate default setting

move below the preset shape

adjust/blur/motion blur

angle at 137

strength 100%

click ok

repeat two times

select rectangle shape in layer palette

select magic wand tool

with magic wand tool click in center of frame

selections/modify/expand/5 pixels

selections/invert

select background

press delete on keyboard

selections/select none

copy and paste tube to canvas

place to preference

minimize main working tag for now

open the tube

shift + D

close the original

choose preset shape tool

set to rectangle

line width 0

foreground null

background white

pressing shift down, draw out a small square

convert to raster layer

duplicate this layer 3 times

choose 4 areas in the tube you want to be shown

place the squares over top of this area

make sure it is a full area, with no blankness in the background

close the tube layer

merge the squares together

open the tube layer up now

select the squares layer

selections/select all/float/defloat

selections/invert

select the tube layer

press delete on the keyboard

selections/select none

with your selections tool set on rectangle go to each little square image

select around it

and in the layer palette right click on the image and promote selection to layer

do that to each one

then after finished, you can delete the layer that has all 4 little images

select one small image

selections/select all/float/defloat

apply filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame: width 7, opacity 65

repeat that step for the other 3 images

once completed move all the little images in a horizontal line spacing a bit between each

merge together

copy

back on working canvas paste

place toward top of canvas, closest to the rectangle

duplicate

resize by 75 %

move above the original image line

merge the two lines together

duplicate

image/flip

merge the 4 lines together

apply all proper credits

add names/phrases as you wish
