Paint Shop Pro/version PSPX was used to create this tutorial
image of choice

you MUST purchase a license at CDO HERE to use her work
Kit: l'amour - FTU - Artmamas Studio- kit no longer avaliable for download
font & mask of choice/font used in this tutorial: "P22 Imperial Script"

open a blank transparent canvas size 500 by 500
copy and paste paper 7 to canvas
crop canvas to size
apply mask of choice
merge group

copy and paste embellishment 22 to canvas
recolor & resize as needed
keep in center of canvas

copy and paste embellishment 13 to canvas
place toward top center of canvas
duplicate
image/flip
merge the three sparkly layers together

copy and paste tube of choice to canvas

copy and paste embellishment 36 to canvas
free rotate right 95 degrees
place image inside of frame
select frame layer
select magic wand tool
click in center of frame
selections/modify/expand/5 pixels
selections/invert
select image
press delete on keyboard
selections/select none

now add some embellishments to the canvas of your liking
i applied:
embellishment 20 to right side of frame
embellishment 26 to left side of frame and recolored
embellishment 28 to upper right side
embellishment 31 to lower left of frame
i took embellishment 4, deleted the cardboard and took the ribbon and made it hang embellishment 31
embellishment 39 toward bottom of canvas

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
