Items Needed

Paint Shop Pro/version PSPX was used to create this tutorial

tube/image of choice (as well as a closeup)

Artist I Used: Ismael Rac  

you MUST purchase a license at SNC HERE to use his work

DSB Flux/Bright Noise
font & mask of choice

open a blank transparent canvas size 500 by 500

flood fill with dark color of choice

apply mask of choice

merge group

set foreground color to white

background color to black

select preset shape tool

select rectangle shape

line width set at 12

draw a medium/small width rectangle horizontally across the canvas

place towards top part of canvas

objects/align/horizontally center of canvas

convert to raster layer

duplicate

image/flip

merge the two rectangle shapes together

apply filter DSB Flux/Bright Noise: mix, 35

select your preset shape tool again

set background color to red

null background color for now

draw out a large rectangle

objects/align/center canvas

apply filter DSB Flux/Bright Noise: mix, 35

select your magic wand tool

click in center of large rectangle shape

selections/modify/expand/5 pixels

add new raster layer

flood fill with background color

selections/select none

move red layer below large shape

set preset shape to star

line width set at 5

background null

draw out a medium/small size star

convert to raster layer

move star toward right bottom side of inner large rectangle shape

duplicate

place on opposite side, opposite angle

merge the two star layers together

copy and paste tube of choice to canvas

place to preference

choose a close up of that image

move between star and rectangle layer

place face on right side of inner rectangle

duplicate

image/mirror

merge the two images together

select the star shapes

click in center of both stars with magic wand tool

selections/modify/expand/2 pixels

in layer palette on tube layer right click and select promote selection to layer

selections/select none

on the entire face image set blend to hard light

apply all proper credits

add names/phrases as you wish
