filter DSB Flux/Bright Noise
font of choice

open a blank transparent canvas size 550 by 250

flood fill with color of choice select your preset shape tool
set to rectangle
line width set at 0
background color white

draw out a medium width long rectangle
make sure it goes over the edges on the right and left of the canvas
objects/align/center of canvas
convert to raster layer

selections/select all/float/defloat
select your background layer
on layer palette right click and select promote selection to background
selections/select none
delete your white rectangle
apply filter DSB Flux/Bright Noise: at 35, mix

select your selection tool and set at rectangle
select your background layer
now select the bottom half of the set
apply filter DSB Flux/ Bright Noise: 35, mix
selections select none

with your selection tool still set at rectangle select the top portion of your set
apply filter Xero/Fritillary
Granularity 6
Aggression 30
Tesselation 100
Variation 66

on layer palette promote selection to layer
selections/select none

select your background layer
selections/select all/float/defloat
add a new raster layer
move to the top of the layer palette
flood fill white
selections/modify/contract/10 pixels
add a new raster layer
flood fill with same color as background
selections/modify/contract/2 pixels
press delete on keyboard
selections select none

lower opacity of white layer to 30
apply filter DSB Flux/Bright Noise:35, mix
repeat filter

copy and paste tube of choice
place to preference

make three frames of the fritillary background you promoted earlier
on the top frame apply filter Alien Skin Xenofex/Constellation

twinkle rotation 45
background fill:
keep original image

do the same for the other 2 layers, except change random seed each time
name the top layer 1, middle 2 and bottom 3

hide layers 2 and 3
copy merged

take over to animation shop paste as a new image

in PSP hide layer 1 and unhide layer 2
copy merged in animation shop paste after current image

in PSP hide layer 2 and unhide layer 3
copy merged in animation shop paste after current frame

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
