open a blank transparent canvas size 500 by 500
copy and paste tube of choice to canvas
apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: default wall paper rotate settings
apply filter Xero/Fritillary
granularity 6
aggression 30
tesselation 100
variation 115

crop entire canvas to size
duplicate
apply filter distort/ripple size small, amount 526
hide top layer

apply mask of choice
merge group
select preset shape tool
set at rectangle
line width 10
foreground color white
background null

draw out a medium size rectangle vertically
objects/align/center of canvas
convert to raster layer
apply filter DSB Flux/Bright Noise: mix, 20

open the layer with the fritillary i told you to duplicate and hide earlier
select rectangle shape
click in in center of shape with magic wand tool
selections/modify/expand/5 pixels
selections/invert
select the background layer
press delete on keyboard
selections/select none

copy and paste tube of choice to canvas
apply filter Xero/Porcelain: change blue to 0
place to preference

choose a thick font
line width at 2
foreground color black
background null
choose a phrase you wish to use
write it out with your text tool
free rotate 90 degrees to the left
stretch out so it fits in the shape
convert to raster layer
click in each layer with your magic wand tool
selections/modify/expand/1 pixel
select the frame background layer
on layer palette right click and select promote selection to layer
selections/select none
effects/inner bevel

select the background layer that is not the text
recolor 0, 0

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
