Animation Shop
tube/image of choice

filter Xero/Porcelain
filter Redfield/Craquelere 3D
filter Eye Candy 5000/Texture Noise
 font of choice/font used in this tutorial: "SC Tinas Baby Shower"

open a blank transparent canvas size 550 by 250
copy and paste tube of choice to canvas

apply filter Xero/Porcelain: change blue to 0
place to right side of canvas
duplicate tube
select bottom layer
apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: preset wall paper darken

effects/reflection/pattern
horizontal offset 0
vertical offset 0
rotation angle 90
scale factor 0
number of columns 4
number of rows 4
horizontal shift 0
vertical shift 0

apply filter Redfield/Craquelere 3D: silicium preset
click ok

select your preset shape tool, set to rectangle
foreground color null
background color metal steel gradient
angle 0, repeat 1, linear
draw out a thin vertical rectangle, from left to right, overlapping the edges of the canvas
convert to raster layer
free rotate left 5 degrees
duplicate
move below, leaving enough room for a phrase or name between the two shapes
merge the two rectangle layers together
crop canvas to size

select in between the two shapes with magic wand tool
selections/modify/expand/3 pixels
add new layer
flood fill with color of choice
selections/select none
move new layer below rectangle layer
add slight drop shadow to bars

if you wish to have a border now would be the time to add one
select the top layer on your canvas
add a new raster layer
flood fill black
selections/select all/float/defloat/modify/contract/2 pixels
press delete on keyboard
selections invert
selections select none

duplicate your bar layer twice, for a total of 3
name the top bar layer 1, middle 2, and last 3
select layer 1
apply filter Eye Candy 5000/Texture Noise

hue noise 0
saturation noise 0
brightness noise 11
opacity noise 39
texture width 3
texture height 60
fractal roughness 0

apply same settings to bars 2 & 3, but changing the random seed for each bar

now its time to animate
hide bars 2 & 3

copy merged
paste in animation shop

in psp hide bar 1, open 2
copy merged
in animation shop paste after current frame

in psp hide bar 2, open bar 3
copy merged
in animation shop paste after current frame

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
