Paint Shop Pro/version PSPX was used to create this tutorial
tube/image of choice
Artist Used: PinUpToons
you MUST purchase a license at CDO HERE to use his work 
filter Alien Skin Xenofex 2/Burnt Edges
filter Mura Meister/Copies
 font of choice/font used in this tutorial: "Champagne&Limousines"

open a blank transparent canvas size 550 by 250

copy and paste tube of choice to canvas
place tube in center of canvas
duplicate tube
select bottom tube
apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: Tiling Feedback default settings

adjust/blur/motion blur angle 140 strength 100
repeat twice

open your canvas with the arrows so you have some gray working area
select your selection tool, set at rectangle
vertically select a piece of canvas on the right side a bit less than 1/4 of the canvas
select background layer
right click on layer palette
promote selection to layer
selections/select none
apply filter Alien Skin Xenofex 2/Burnt Edges: setting of choice
resize by 115%
duplicate
image/mirror
add drop shadow of choice

select your tube layer
duplicate
resize by 150%
recolor 0, 0
place below burnt edge layer to the right
duplicate
image/mirror

merge visible

add new raster layer
flood fill with dark color of choice
selections/select all/float/defloat/modify/contract/2 pixels
press delete on keyboard
selections/select none

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
