Paint Shop Pro/version PSPX was used to create this tutorial
Animation Shop
tube/image of choice
Artist Used: Ismael Rac

filter Mura Meister/Copies
filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame
filter RCS Filter Pack 1.0/Spiral Cut
font of choice/font used in this tutorial: "Champagne & Limousines"

open a blank transparent canvas size 550 by 250

copy and paste tube of choice

duplicate tube
apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: shrink default, change top number to 50
crop entire canvas to size

effects/distortion effects/warp using preset twisted bar
adjust/blur
repeat twice

duplicate background 3 times
on top background layer
apply filter RCS Filter Pack 1.0/Spiral Cut effect size 87

select your middle background layer
effects/texture effect/mosaic glass default settings

select middle layer, change blend mode to soft light
merge together the middle and bottom layer

apply filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame to each layer
width 10, opacity 50

with all layers at full opacity copy merged
move over to animation shop
paste as a new animation
select the top background layer
change opacity to 90
copy merged
paste after current frame in animation shop
do that until opacity hits 30
then copy frames second to first and second to last
paste afterwards, reverse frames

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
