open a blank transparent canvas size 500 by 500

copy and paste tube of choice to canvas

place to preference

copy and paste frame to canvas

free rotate right by 95 degrees

place to preference

move below tube layer

copy and paste paper7 to canvas

move below frame layer

crop entire canvas to size

select frame layer

click inside the frame with your magic wand tool

selections/modify/expand/5 pixels

selections/invert

press delete on your keyboard

selections/select none

copy and paste paper5 to canvas

move below frame paper layer

crop entire canvas to size

apply mask of choice

merge group

copy and paste flowers2 to your canvas

place to preference

duplicate

image/mirror

place second set to preference

copy and paste bow4 to canvas

place to preference

duplicate

image/flip

image/mirror

place second set to preference

apply all proper credits

add names/phrases as you wish
