tube/image of choice
Artist Used: PinUpToons
you MUST purchase a license at CDO HERE to use his work
filter Mura Meister/Copies
filter Xero/Radiance
filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame
 font of choice/font used in this tutorial: "Champagne&Limousines"

open a blank transparent canvas size 550 by 250

copy and paste tube of choice to canvas
place to right side of canvas

duplicate
select tube bottom layer
apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: Wall Paper Rotate

effects/distortion effects/pixelate
set block width at 18 symmetric checked

effects/edge effects/enhance
duplicate
effects/art media effects/brush strokes
softness 34
Bristles 256
width 6
opacity 51
length 16
density 24
angle 0
color black

on top layer adjust/blur/motion blur
angle 176, strength 100
repeat twice
change blend mode to hard light (or setting of choice)
merge the background layers together

on your canvas go to the outer edge of the blue and drag out the arrows so you have gray to work in
select preset shape tool
set at rectangle
line width 0
foreground and background color at white
draw out a rectangle overlapping the canvas vertically on left of canvas
make them rather thin, see vertical rectangles on above preview for an example
convert to raster layer
duplicate
image/mirror

merge together the two white rectangle layers
selections/select all/float/defloat
select your background layer
promote selection to layer
selections/select none
delete the white rectangle layers now

apply filter Xero/Radiance: default settings
crop entire canvas to size

now select your rectangle selection tool
on the bottom 1/4 of your canvas draw out a rectangle horizontally across the canvas
(see preview tag for placement and width)
select the background
promote selection to layer
selections/select none

merge visible
apply filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame:width 10, opacity 50

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
