Paint Shop Pro/version PSPX was used to create this tutorial
Animation Shop
tube/image of choice
Artist I Used: Martin Abel

you MUST purchase a license at CDO HERE to use his work
filter Mura Meister/Copies
filter Gregs Factory Output Vol II/Pool Shadow
filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame
 font of choice/font used in this tutorial: "RaveParty Thin"

open a blank transparent canvas size 550 by 250 copy and paste tube of choice to canvas
move tube to left side of canvas
duplicate tube
select duplicate

adjust/blur/radial blur
zoom
strength 23
elliptical checked
horizontal offset -40
vertical offset -8
protect center 0

duplicate bottom tube layer
now you have two radial blur layers and your original tube layer

select the middle layer
apply filter Gregs Factory Output Vol II/Pool Shadow
diagonal 72
center 138
horizontal 50
diagonal 134
horizontal 109
vertical 110
intensity 174
lightness 131

resize by 125
move out and to the left some so it can be seen under your tube

select the bottom radial blur layer
apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: cards default
apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: line default (may need to change the top number to fill your entire canvas

apply filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame: width 10, opacity 50

select your background layer
duplicate twice for a total of three
select the top background layer

apply filter Gregs Factory Output Vol II/Pool Shadow
using the same settings as above, except changing the diagonal number to 59

select the second background layer
change diagonal number to 89

select the bottom background layer
change diagonal number to 119

close out the second and third background layers
copy merged

paste as new animation in animation shop

in psp close out the first background and open the second
copy merged
paste after current frame in animation shop

in psp close out the second background and open the third
copy merged
paste after current frame in animation shop

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
run and save
