filter Pixelate/Sector Mosaic
Xero/Porcelain
Xero/Radiance
font of choice/font used in this tutorial: "weltron"

open a blank transparent canvas size 550 by 250

copy and paste tube of choice to canvas
apply filter Pixelate/Sector Mosaic

Theta tiles 43
Rho tiles 39

duplicate once
place one disc to the left and one to the right
select raster layer 1
flood fill color of choice

select preset shape tool
set at rectangle
line width 10
foreground color same as background
background palette null

draw out a medium size rectangle horizontally, half way, across the canvas
make sure it goes over the edge of the left side of the canvas
objects/align/vertically center of canvas
convert to raster layer
free rotate 5 degrees left

duplicate
image/mirror
merge the two rectangle layers together

effects/ed effects/inner bevel width 14
smoothness 17
depth 20
ambience 6
shininess 19
color white
angle 45
intensity 30
elevation 64

copy and paste tube of choice to canvas
apply filter Xero/Porcelain: change blue to 0
place in middle of canvas

select rectangle layer
click inside with magic wand tool
selections/modify/expand/3 pixels
selections/invert
select the background/disc layer
apply filter Xero/Radiance: default settings (click reset if needed)

add a new raster layer
move to top layer
flood fill black
selections/select all/float/defloat/modify/contract/3 pixels
press delete on your keyboard
selections/select none

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
