Right Round

Items Needed
Paint Shop Pro/version PSPX was used to create this tutorial
tube/image of choice (close up as well)
Artist I Used: Keith Garvey
you MUST purchase a license at CDO HERE to use his work
filter Xero/Radiance
filter Funhouse/Maelstrom
filter Mura Meister/Copies
filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame
 font of choice/font used in this tutorial: "RaveParty"

open a blank transparent canvas size 550 by 250

copy and paste tube of choice to canvas
duplicate tube
select bottom tube
apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: default wall paper rotate settings
adjust/blur/gaussian blur 15

apply filter Funhouse/Maelstrom: 57 whirls
apply filter Xero/Radiance: default settings
move background up if middle circle is not in center of canvas
crop entire canvas to size

set your background color palette to metal steel gradient
angle 0, repeats 0

on the edges of your working canvas drag out the outside so you have some dark grey working space in your canvas

select preset shape tool
set at rectangle, line width 0
draw out a vertical medium width rectangle
(drawing out over the top and bottom edges)
convert to raster layer
crop entire canvas to size

select your magic wand tool
selections/modify/contract/5 pixels
press delete on your keyboard
selections/select none

copy and paste your closeup tube to canvas
move below the metal steel layer
and place face in center
select metal steel layer
click in center with magic wand tool
selections/modify/expand/3 pixels
selections/invert
select tube layer
press delete on keyboard
selections/select none

adjust/hue and saturation/colorize 0, 0
apply filter Xero/Radiance: default settings

merge visible
apply filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame: width 10, matte 1, opacity 50

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
