add a new raster layer
flood fill black
add a new raster layer

select your materials property
choose color white and a texture of choice
click ok, flood fill canvas
lower opacity of textured layer to 50
merge the texture and black background layer together

select three close up tubes of choice
copy and paste them to your canvas
place to preference
add a slight drop shadow to each tube
merge the three tubes together
set blend mode to soft light (or another blend mode if desired)
hide the white background layer
merge visible
apply mask of choice
merge group

unhide white background layer

select the masked tubes layer
duplicate 4 times
select the top masked tube layer
effects/illumination effects/lights
now select the first light tick

place to the first tube you want to illuminate
mess around with the settings til that light is on that one tube

the other 4 ticks just horizontal and vertical to 200

each tube you illuminate will have different values depending on how large or small you want the light to be
after you have the light for the top layer hide that layer, select the second and make the light for the second tube
do the same with the third and then close that layer

now you have the original masked tube layer you started with

copy merged
paste in animation shop as new animation

in PSP hide that layer
go back and unhide the very top layer
copy merged
paste after current animation
do the same for the second and third lights as well

lastly select the bottom masked tube original image again
copy merged, paste as the last frame
the first frame properties set at 150
second through fourth 125
fifth frame set at 250

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
