open a blank transparent canvas size 500 by 500

copy and paste paper17 to canvas

crop entire canvas to size

apply mask of choice

merge group

copy and paste frame3 to canvas

free rotate frame 85 degrees left

place to preference

copy and paste paper15 to canvas

move below frame layer

select frame layer

click in center of frame with magic wand tool

selections/modify/expand/5 pixels

selections/invert

select paper15

press delete on your keyboard

selections/select none

copy and paste poppourri1 to canvas

free rotate 85 degrees left

place to right of frame

copy and paste doublebow1 to canvas

place at right corner above the ribbon

copy and paste Ilex2 to canvas

place toward bottom left of frame

copy and paste note to canvas

with text tool write a short "note" to santa

i was asking for more rac tubes (hehe)

free rotate to the left 15 degrees

place to preference

(with the magic wand tool i selected the portion of note at the bottom that wasn't being used, made it jagged and deleted it)

copy and paste tube of choice to canvas

place to preference

apply all proper credits
