filter Xero/Radiance
filter VM Distortion/Center Mirror
filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame
font of choice/font used in this tutorial: "Dupree"

open a blank transparent canvas size 550 by 250

copy and paste tube of choice to canvas
place to right side

duplicate tube
select bottom tube
recolor to a color that suits your tube

apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: default wall paper setting
crop canvas to size

adjust/blur/motion blur
angle 45, strength 100
repeat twice

effects/edge effects/enhance

duplicate background layer once
select the top background layer
apply filter VM Distortion/Center Mirror default settings
set blend mode to soft light
apply filter Xero/Radiance: default settings

duplicate top background layer

effects/texture effects/antique mosaic grid big preset

merge visible
apply filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame: width 10, opacity at 50

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
