Paint Shop Pro/version PSPX was used to create this tutorial
tube/image of choice (close up tube if you have one)
Artist I Used: Arthur Crowe
you MUST purchase a license at his store HERE to use his work
filter Xero/ Fritillary
filter DSB Flux/Bright Noise
filter Alien Skin Xenofex 2/Constellation
filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame
font of choice/font used in this tutorial: "Hideaway PB & Honey Script"

open a blank transparent canvas size 600 by 250
copy and paste tube of choice to canvas
place tube to preference
select a color from your tube with your color dropper tool
floodfill color on the first layer
add filter Xero/Fritillary with the following setting:
Granularity: 11
Aggression: 79
Tesselation: 76
Variation: 18
adjust/softness/soften
repeat 20 times using the repeat button (easiest way to repeat)
duplicate your original tube
select the bottom tube
effects/distortion effects/wind: from left, wind strength 100
repeat twice
duplicate
image>mirror
image>flip
merge the two layers together
change layer mode to luminance (legacy)
effects/edge effects/enhance
repeat
copy and paste close up of tube (or you can duplicate the original tube and resize to 150% larger)
duplicate the closeup as much as you need to fill the space between the right side of your tube and the right side edge of the canvas
adjust/blur/gaussian blur: 25
add filter Xero/Fritillary, this time with default settings
change only granularity to 15
change variation to 15
change layer mode to overlay
apply filter Alien Skin Xenofex 2/Constellation
Star Size: 3
Size Variation: 7
Edge Star Density: 1
Overall Star Density: 2
Overdrive: 64
Twinkle Amount: 75
background fill: keep original image
select your background
add filter DSB Flux/Bright Noise/Mixed/9
crop entire canvas to size
merge canvas visible
apply filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame: width 0, matte 1, opaticy 100
apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
