Items Needed
Paint Shop Pro/version PSPX was used to create this tutorial
tube/image of choice
Artist I Used: PinUpToons
you MUST purchase a license at CDO HERE to use his work

filter Xero/Porcelain
filter Mura Meister/Copies
filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame
font of choice/font used in this tutorial: "SF Gothican Condensed"

open a blank transparent canvas size 550 by 200

copy and paste tube of choice to canvas
add filter Xero/Porcelain: change blue to 0
place in center of canvas

select two different colors that will work well together with your dropper tool
add two new raster layers
move both layers below your tube layer
select the very bottom layer
floodfill with one color
select the blank layer above
floodfill with second color

effects/texture effects/weave
gap size 1
width 6
opacity 1
weave color black
gap color black
(or white if colors are dark)
fill gaps checked

select your magic wand tool
mode: add(shift)
match mode color
tolerance 0
contiguous checked
feather 0
anti-alias checked

focus your attention to one side of your canvas (from the edge of your tube outward)
now select anywhere on your canvas that has a solid color (not the black dots)
you will now see a diagonal line form
now with your wand select every other row
(note sometimes you might have to click in the same area more than one time to get a full line selected)
after all your diagonal lines are selected press delete on your keyboard
(you will have extra weave dots on the outside, dont worry though as the boarder will make those disappear)
add a heavy drop shadow (1, 1, 70, 7, black)

select the bottom background
apply filter dsb flux/bright noise: mix, 20

duplicate tube select bottom tube layer
move between solid background layer and the cross one

apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: wall paper (rotate)

brush
bristles 160
width 5
opacity 50
strokes

density 25
angle 102
color a gray color of choice
change blend mode to soft light
recolor 0, 0

apply filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame: width 0, matte 1, opaticy 100

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
