Play Tyme

Items Needed
Paint Shop Pro/version PSPX was used to create this tutorial
tube/image of choice
Artist I Used: Maryline Cazenave
you MUST purchase a license at CDO HERE to use her work
mask Becky_Mask030
 no longer available for download, 
but gives permission for masks to be shared, 
you can save to your computer/laptop at the bottom of this page
filter DSB Flux/Bright Noise
filter Mura Meister/Copies
filter Xero/Porcelain
filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame
font of choice/font used in this tutorial: "DBJ A BIT OF FLAIRE"

open a new blank transparent canvas size 550 by 200

copy and paste tube of choice to canvas
apply filter Xero/Porcelain: change blue to 0
move tube towards left side of canvas

using your dropper tool select a color of choice from your tube
add a new raster layer
floodfill with chosen color

apply filter Xero/Fritillary:
granularity 7
aggression 134
tesselation 10
variation 11

add a new raster layer
floodfill with black or white
(black for light background colors and white for dark background colors)

apply Becky_Mask030
source luminance selected
orientation fit to canvas
invert transparency not checked
hide all mask selected

free rotate right 90 degrees
effects/image effects/offset
horizontal offset 0
vertical offset -149
custom selected
edge mode transparent

duplicate
image/flip
merge the two layers together

apply filter DSB Flux/Bright Noise: mix, 25
add slight drop shadow (2, 2, 50, 5, black)

apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: Line
change only the following:
number 3

merge canvas visible
apply filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame: width 0, matte 1, opaticy 100

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
