tube/image of choice

filter Mura Meister/Copies
filter DSB Flux/Noise (optional)
filter RCS Filter Pak 1.0
filter VM Distortion/Radiator II
filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame
font of choice/font used in this tutorial: "LamboHmk"

open a blank transparent canvas size 550 by 250

copy and paste tube of choice to canvas
apply filter Xero/Porcelain: change blue to 0

place tube to either side of canvas

duplicate your tube
select the bottom layer
apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: wall paper

crop entire canvas to size

apply filter RCS Filter Pak 1.0/RCS Triple Exposure: separation 229

apply filter VM Distortion: Radiator II:
generator 1 65
generator 2 118
generator 3 162
frequency 51
heat 128
rotation 128

adjust/blur/motion blur: strength 100, angle 128

open a new canvas size 600 by 10
flood fill with black (or white if set is dark)
copy
paste onto working canvas
close that canvas (the black strip)

effects/image effects/offset
horizontal offset 0
vertical offset -105
custom selected
edge mode transparent

open a new canvas size 600 by 15
flood fill black
copy
close that canvas
then paste onto working canvas

effects/image effects/offset
horizontal offset 0
vertical offset -75
custom selected
edge mode transparent

open a new canvas size 600 by 25
flood fill black
copy
close that canvas
paste onto working canvas

effects/image effects/offset
horizontal offset 0
vertical offset -25
custom selected
edge mode transparent

merge the three bar lines together
free rotate by 7 degrees left

add drop shadow of 1, 1, 75, 3, black

select your background and add a slight noise if you wish

merge canvas visible
apply filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame: width 1, matte 1, opacity 100

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
