Paint Shop Pro/version PSPX was used to create this tutorial
tube/image of choice
Artist I Used: PinUpToons
you MUST purchase a license at CDO HERE to use his work
filter Xero/Porcelain
filter Mura Meister/Copies
filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame
font of choice/font used in this tutorial: " SP Purkalator"

open a blank transparent canvas size 550 by 200

copy and paste tube of choice
place to right or left side of canvas
apply filter Xero/Porcelain: change blue to 0

floodfill background with solid color of choice

crop entire canvas to size

open a new canvas size 10 by 200
floodfill with either white or black
(if background is a light color black, dark color white)
copy and paste onto working canvas layer
after you have that strip on the working canvas press the X to get rid of it

apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: blur v wave
change blend mode to soft light

effects/texture effects/weave:
gap size 1
width 3
opacity 1
color of choice
fill gaps checked

apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: Line
number 10

apply filter Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Texture/Swirls:
add swirl to original image
random
feature size 14.28
smear length 56.49
twist 50
streak detail 25

crop entire canvas to size

merge canvas visible
apply filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame: width 2, matte 1, opacity 100

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
