Electrify

Paint Shop Pro/version PSPX was used to create this tutorial
tube/image of choice
Artist I Used: Amy Matthews
you MUST purchase a license at CDO HERE to use his work
filter Xero/Porcelain
filter Mura Meister/Copies
Filter VM Distortion/Circulator II
filter Filters Unlimited 2.0
filter DSB Flux/Center Mirror
filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame
font of choice/font used in this tutorial: "SF Atarian System"

open a blank transparent canvas size 550 by 200

copy and paste tube of choice to canvas
apply filter Xero/Porcelain:change blue to 0

(optional)
duplicate tube
select top tube layer
adjust/blur/gaussian blur: 5
change blend mode to soft light
merge down
*******

move tube to left side of canvas

select raster layer 1
floodfill with solid color of choice
(if you dont have a blank raster layer just add a new layer and move it below your tube layer)
crop entire canvas to size

duplicate tube
select bottom tube layer
apply filter DSB Flux/Center Mirror:
Mirrors 18
Rotate 138

change blend mode to soft light
duplicate

select bottom mirrored layer
apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: Wall Paper (rotate)

apply filter VM Distortion/Circulator II:
Ring Width 19
Y-Start 204
Rotation 114
Mode 191

lower opacity to 60

select background, solid fill layer
duplicate
select top layer
apply filter Filters Unlimited 2/Paper Generator: Organic Structures 1
Amplitude 1: 152
Frequency 1: 82
Amplitude 2: 145
Frequency 2: 123
Hue: 98
Gamma: 173

change blend mode to soft light
recolor to 0, 0

merge canvas visible
apply filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame: width 0, matte 1, opacity 100

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
