Items Needed
Paint Shop Pro/version PSPX was used to create this tutorial
tube/image of choice

filter Mura Meister/Copies
filter DSB Flux/Bright Noise
filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame
 font of choice/font used in this tutorial: "Stephanie Marie JF"

open a blank transparent canvas size 550 by 200

copy and paste tube of choice to canvas
apply filter Xero/Porcelain: change blue to 0

flood fill bottom blank layer with color that compliments your tube

place slightly to right side of canvas
(make sure tube fills entire canvas vertically)

duplicate tube layer
apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: wall paper (shrink)
repeat filter with same settings

adjust/blur/motion blur:  angle 90, strength 100
repeat twice more

select your freehand selection tool
select all the background from the left side of the tube to the left
select the background layer
press delete on your keyboard
selections/select none
the long term goal is to have the left side of the tube to have a solid background

crop entire canvas to size
select the motion blurred layer
effects/edge effects/enhance
duplicate
free rotate right 90
move to placement desired
change blend mode to soft light

select your solid background layer
apply filter DSB Flux/Bright Noise: mix, 15

draw a thin rectangle horizontally across the canvas
(use same color as you did for your solid background)
 not overlapping the plaid on the right side of your tube
covert to raster layer
apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: Line preset
change only the following values:
number: 5
shift x: 0
shift y: 100

move between your plaid layers and your tube layer
add heavy drop shadow

copy and paste closeup tube
place to preference, move below the lines
change blend mode to soft light
recolor 0, 0
duplicate
adjust/blur/gaussian blur: 15

merge canvas visible
apply filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame: width 0, matte 1, opacity 75

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
