Paint Shop Pro/version PSPX was used to create this tutorial
tube/image of choice

filter Xero/Porcelain
filter Xero/Fritillary
filter Eye Candy 5/Impact/Glass
filter Eye Candy 5/Texture/Swirl
filter Mura Meister/Copies
filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame
font of choice/font used in this tutorial: "Hurricane"

open a blank transparent canvas size 550 by 200

copy and paste tube of choice to canvas
apply filter Xero/Porcelain: change blue to 0

move toward left side of canvas

choose two contrasting colors,
set one as foreground color and one as background

open a new blank transparent canvas size 575 by 25
floodfill with your foreground color
add new raster layer
floodfill with your background color
copy and paste each layer to your working canvas
now you may close out this small canvas

select the top strip layer on your working canvas
apply filter Eye Candy 5/Impact/Glass
settings: clear
select the basic tab
change only drop shadow opacity: 35
select the second strip
apply the same filter with the same settings

select the top strip layer
effects/image effects/offset
horizontal offset 0
vertical offset 24
edge mode transparent
merge the two bar layers together

apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: Tiling
add a heavy drop shadow on the bar layer

add a new raster layer
move to bottom of layer palette
floodfill with the darker of your two colors
crop entire canvas to size

select your magic wand tool
select your tube layer
the left hand side, click anywhere on the canvas
selections/modify/expand/30 pixels
select the background layer
floodfill with the lighter of two colors
selections/select none

select your background layer
apply filter Eye Candy 5/Textures/Swirl
add swirl to original image
swirl pattern: random
feature size 8.22
smear length 64.50
twist 29
streak detail 20

apply filter Xero/Fritillary:
Granularity 5
Aggression 30
Tesselation 10
Variation 0
effects/edge effects/enhance

merge canvas visible
apply filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame: width 0, matte 1, opacity 100

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
