Paint Shop Pro/version PSPX was used to create this tutorial

tube/image of choice

font & mask of choice/font used in this tutorial: "Escoffier Capitaux & Fabulous 50s"

open a blank transparent canvas size 500 by 500

(you can crop canvas later)

copy and paste paper 07 to canvas

crop canvas to size

apply mask of choice to canvas

merge group

copy and paste paper 14

hide the paper layer, we will be using it later

copy and paste frame 3 to canvas

unhide paper 14

make the frame the active layer

with magic wand tool click in center of frame

selections/modify/expand/3 pixels

selections/invert

select paper 14

press delete on keyboard

selections/select none

copy and paste sequins 1 & 2 to canvas

move to left side of canvas, overlapping each other

set to preference

merge the two sequin layers together

move below paper 14 layer

copy and paste bow 6 to canvas

move to upper left side of canvas

copy and paste flower 3 to canvas

free rotate 90 degrees to the right

move towards bottom left of canvas

duplicate

image/mirror

merge down

select paper 14 layer

selections/select all/float/defloat

select the flower layer

press delete on keyboard

selections/select none

move the flowers in the layer palette above the mask & sequins

copy and paste tube of choice to canvas

place to preference

crop entire canvas to size

merge canvas visible

apply all proper credits

add names/phrases as you wish
