merge the two blurred layers together
change blend mode to screen (or another setting of choice)

apply filter DSB Flux/Mosaic Ripple:

select the solid colored background
effects/texture effects/texture
choose a texture that you like and apply

apply filter DSB Flux/Bright Noise: 10, mix

merge visible

apply filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame:

stroke 0

red 98
green 18
blue 40
opacity 59
(the colors i used above are the settings i used for a pink background,
you will need to adjust the colors to use a color you want)

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish

select raster layer 1, flood fill layer with the chosen color

duplicate your tube
select the bottom tube layer
adjust/blur/gaussian blur: 15
duplicate
merge the two blurred layers down
crop entire canvas to size

opacity 35
color: black
horizontal selected
light from left/top selected

effects/texture effects/blinds
width 12
opacity 35
color: black
horizontal unchecked
light from left/top checked

duplicate layer

direction left

direction: right

merge down the two blurred layers
change blend mode to soft light

hide the tube layer

duplicate your tube three times
select three different areas of your tube you want in your frame
selections/select all/float/defloat/modify/contract/2 pixels
invert
press delete on each back tube once you have in place you want it
selections/select none
merge together the three back tube layers

recolor 0,0
change opacity to 50
merge down

select the white frame layer
add drop shadow 9, 9, 44, 7, black

merge canvas visible
apply filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame: width 0, matte 1, opaticy 100

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
