open a blank transparent canvas size 600 by 200

copy and paste tube of choice to canvas

select bottom layer, floodfill with light color of choice
effects/texture effects/blinds
width 2
opacity 40
color black
horizontal checked, light from left/top unchecked

effects/texture effects/blinds
width: 70
opacity 74
horizontal & light from left/top unchecked

duplicate tube layer
select bottom tube layer
effects/distortion effects: wave
horizontal displacement 0,1
vetical displacement: 22,1
edge mode: wrap

apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: Lines
only change number 2

effects/art media effects/brush strokes:
softness: 25
bristles: 30
width: 10
opacity: 100
length: 10
density: 25
angle: 102
color: black

change blend mode to preference,
i changed mine to hard light
merge the background layers together
apply filter dsb flux/bright noise
mix, 7

crop entire canvas to size
merge canvas visible
apply filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame: width 0, matte 1, opaticy 100

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish

open a blank transparent canvas size 500 by 500

apply paper 1 to canvas

crop entire canvas to size

apply mask WSL 214

merge group

apply leaves to canvas

apply splat 2 to canvas

apply window 2 to canvas

apply paper 3 to canvas

size inside frame and delete excess

play around with the elements as you wish!!

feathers

flower 4

button 1

bird 2

copy and paste tube of choice to canvas
place to preference

crop entire canvas to size

merge canvas visible

apply all proper credits

add names/phrases as you wish
