open a blank transparent canvas, size 600 by 200

copy and paste tube of choice to canvas
move towards left side of canvas (not all the way over)
choose two colors with your eye dropper from your tube
(choose the same color, with different saturation or lightness)

floodfill canvas with either color
apply filter Eye Candy 5: Texture/Marble:
style: layered
bedrock color: foreground
vein color: background
feature size: 54.93
vein thickness and coverage should not be selectable
roughness: 70
grain: 15
rotation: 0
seed: 1

duplicate layer
on top layer Effects/Reflection Effects/Pattern:
(you may select the randomize button until you find a setting you like or you can follow mine)
horizontal offset: 92
vertical offset: -68
rotation angle: 317
scale factor: -25
number of colums: 8
number of rows: 19
horizontal shift: 53
vertical shift: -9

select your eraser and erase the right side of the pattered layer, so it only shows on the left

crop entire canvas to size
merge canvas visible
apply filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame: width 0, matte 1, opaticy 100

apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish

apply element 74 to canvas

apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: wall paper (preset settings)
merge the paper and element together
crop entire canvas to size
apply mask of choice
merge group

apply paper 9 to canvas
move below frame layer
crop entire canvas to size

set your frame as active layer
select your magic wand tool
click inside each of your "frames"
selections/modify/expand/7 pixels
selections/invert
select paper 9
press delete on keyboard
selections/select none

apply the following elements to your canvas and place to preference
elements: 31, 35, 13, 6, 50, 15

delete the part of the bottle below the rop from element 50

apply tube of choice to canvas
place to preference

merge canvas visible
apply all proper credits
edit/copy

edit/paste as new image
add names/phrases as you wish
