apply tube to canvas

add new raster layer
move to bottom of canvas
floodfill with solid color of choice (do not use black or white)

add a new raster layer to canvas
floodfill with a different color of choice (do not use black or white)
selections/select all/float/defloat

selections/invert
press delete on your keyboard
DO NOT DESELECT YET
